Our apartment is located in the heart of St Ives, meaning you’ll be right near the town’s many attractions, including the historic Sloop Inn next door, known for it’s relaxed atmosphere and local flair. While this prime location offers easy access to everything St Ives has to offer, please note that, as with any central spot, the area can be a little busier at times. There may be some activity in the early mornings and evenings, particularly with deliveries and the charming atmosphere of the nearby pubs. Our apartment features double-glazed windows to ensure your stay remains comfortable, but we recommend this spot for guests who love to be close to all the action.

St Ives is easily accessible via the M5 and A30, making the drive a breeze. For those looking to avoid the hassle of parking, there’s a convenient Park & Ride at St Erth (just a short drive away), with a regular bus service straight to St Ives. For a truly memorable experience, take the train from St Erth to St Ives – it’s one of the most spectacular train journeys in the UK, hugging the stunning azure waters of St Ives Bay and offering breath-taking views of the coast.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay! Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities the space has to offer. You’ll have access to the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom.

The entrance is at the rear of the building, up two steps, and shared with one other apartment. From there, you'll have your own private entrance with an internal staircase with a handrail leading to the apartment.
